Decision of PM no. 1089 of the 28.12.2015
By this Decision of PM it is approved the Combinated Nomenclature for 2016, and is also obrogated the Combinated Nomenclature of 2015.
NOTICE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA
The Reunion of the Judges of the Republic of Albania after considering the request aiming the suspension of the application of the law no. 99/2015 “On some amendments on the law no. 9920 of the 19.05.2008 “On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania, as amended”, ordered the suspension of the application of the law no. 99/2015 “On some amendments on the law no. 9920 of the 19.05.2008 “On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania, as amended”, until the enter in force of the Decision of the Constitutional Court.
ENERGY LEGISLATION
DECISION OF THE PM NO. 1033 OF THE 16.12.2015 “ON THE APPROVAL OF THE METHODOLOGY OF THE DETERMINATION OF THE FIXED RATES OF THE ELECTRIC ENERGY PAID TO THE PRODUCERS OF THE ELECTRIC ENERGY FROM THE HYDROPOWER STATIONS”.
By this Decision of the PM , the methodology of the determination of the fixed rates of the electric energy is : Sell price (ALL/KWh) = average price of the apposite year of the hungarian market (HUPX) of the electric energy in Euro cents / KWh X the coefficient 1.24 X the average exchange rate in Euro/ALL for the last year.
BUSINESS LEGISLATION
LAW NO. 131 OF THE 26.11.2015 “ON THE NATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER”.
By this Law is created the National Business Center (NBC), institution of the central administration with legal personality under the ministry competent for the commerce, with headquarters in Tirana.
The NBC has the function of keeping the register of commerce, to register the subjects in the register of commerce, to deliver certificates, extracts, to treate the licensing procedures of the authorizations and permits according to the law regulating the licenses, authorizations and permits.
